It’s smart to share your ride, and your expenses.
You can cut your travel costs by 50% or more, and save wear and tear on your vehicle, by carpooling or vanpooling.
You can set up informal carpools with your friends and neighbors, or you can register for the City’s free ride-matching service by calling 266-RIDE or visiting the city’s rideshare web site.

A vanpool is a group of 7-15 commuters who share the ride and travel cost by using a van supplied by the State of Wisconsin. The State maintains the van, pays for gas, handles scheduling, and finds parking. Learn more about vanpooling.
